Kaman and Cusimano is a small, but growing, boutique firm whose
practice is limited to representing condominium and homeowners
associations throughout Ohio. Our firm is known state wide and
nationally for its community association law practice.
We are
located in downtown Cleveland in the Terminal Tower and also in
Columbus on South High Street.
While our practice is
concentrated, it includes a variety of substantive legal areas and all
types of legal work including litigation, general counsel,
collections, corporate, and other focused types of real estate law. We
offer our employees challenging professional work in a fast paced
environment. Our employees are both committed and hard working, as
well as supportive and friendly. Because of our relatively small size,
our employees are challenged and given the opportunity to test their
skills and abilities in a variety of areas and practice groups.
Employees receive many opportunities for professional development both
in-house and outside the firm through programs and seminars. Our firm
offers a comfortable and flexible work environment. We also provide

We are not like other firms and the lawyers, paralegals, and
administrative assistants who work here are not like others in their
profession. While we all enjoy the intellectual stimulation of the
law, we take a tremendous pride in helping our condominium and
homeowners associations with practical and legal solutions to their
problems. This means understanding community association living and
community association law and effectively communicating with the
volunteers and professional managers that govern associations. At
